Our Guarantee​

 

We guarantee the manufacture of this product and offer a 5 YEAR* structural guarantee.  We take great care in the quality control of our products, but should our product be faulty or not work as described, please accept our apologies and contact us immediately at hello@goodibagg.com.au or call us on 0433 150 223, to arrange the return of the faulty product at our our expense, where it will be repaired where possible or replaced if not. This guarantee applies to faulty workmanship only.  Upon inspection, if the product has been tampered with, used incorrectly or care instructions not followed correctly, we reserve the right to reject replacement, return or refund.

*The 5 year structural guarantee, covers the handles and base of the bag, where it has been stitched.  Proof of purchase must be supplied. Upon inspection, in the event of the stitching has been tampered with, used incorrectly or care instructions were not followed correctly, we reserve the right to reject replacement, return or refund, voiding your guarantee.

If you simply change your mind, the product must be returned  at your expense, in original condition for a full refund.
